During the meeting the possibility of opening the department of Ukrainian language in Hanoi University, as well as establishing of Ukrainian University branch of computer sciences and high technologies were discussed. The two sides also discussed the conditions for the implementation of these projects in the field of education, including the possibility of launching the exchange program for the teachers of Ukrainian and Vietnamese languages.

The Vietnamese side informed that it is interested in opening the department of Ukrainian language in Hanoi University the next academic year (starting from September 1^st, 2014).
