On August 12, 2014 the Ambassador of Ukraine to Vietnam Mr. O. Shovkoplias held a meeting with Ambassadors of Latin America countries in Vietnam. During the meeting, the heads of diplomatic missions were informed about the political and socio-economic situation in Ukraine. Special attention was paid to the anti-terrorist operation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
