On Sunday the 23rd of November the annual Hanoi International Charity Bazaar was held in Vietnamese Capital.
25 November 2014 09:53

The money earned this day by the participants of charity bazaar are transferred to charitable funds, which are used to finance the Community Aid Projects, which improve the lives of disadvantaged women and children, educational and health projects in the remote mountain areas of Vietnam. This time representatives of 42 countries have displayed their stands.

The staff of Ukrainian Embassy  in Vietnam and Ukrainians living and working here thousands miles away from Motherland had cooked national food and prepared hand-made souvenirs. It was crowded near the Ukrainian stand – one could felt a sincere interest at our country.

Vietnamese and foreigners living in Hanoi feasted with borsch and garlic buns, gulped down smoked bacon and meat, gorged dumplings and rolls of meat and prunes, were delighted with cakes.

Belarusians, Kazakhs, Jews, Russians, Canadians and Australians came to Ukrainian stand.

Of course, with the support of sponsoring companies the presentation could be made more ambitious. We hope that Ukrainian producers will actively engage in the popularization of Ukraine, its products, services, tourist attractions next year.
