On April 27, 2016, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and to the Kingdom of Cambodia Oleksiy Shovkoplias had a meeting with the Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, Mr. Tran Tuan Anh.

The meeting was dedicated to the preparation of the annual Ukrainian-Vietnamese Intergovernmental Commission, which is scheduled for the year 2016 in Kiev. In this context, the sides discussed a wide range of issues to be considered in the framework of the Intergovernmental Commission meeting.

On behalf of  the Vietnamese side the meeting was also attended by the Directors of the key Departments of the Ministry and on  behalf of  the Ukrainian side,  by the  counsellor of the Embassy of Ukraine in Vietnam Mr. Sergiy Targoniy.
