The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Vietnam O.V.Shovkoplyas  gave a congratulatory speech addressed to all the participants of the event.

The event was attended by the diplomats of the Embassy, their families and representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora who are currently living in Vietnam.
