On December 17, 2014 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Oleksiy Shovkoplias held a meeting with the President of Hanoi University Nguyen Dinh Luan.

During the meeting the two sides discussed the issue of сoperation between Hanoi University and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
