On Junuary 16, 2018, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam signed the Agreement on cooperation in physical culture and sports.

The Agreement was signed by the Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Ihor Zhdanov and the Ambassador of Viet Nam to Ukraine Nguyen Anh Tuan.

The Agreement will provide the necessary legal grounds for the development of bilateral Ukrainian-Vietnamese relations in the field of physical culture and sports. The document is aimed at expanding the cooperation between state bodies, non-governmental organizations, federations of sports of both countries.
