Delegation of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine headed by the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure V.M. Dovgan visited Viet Nam on December 18 – 22, 2017. The visit was organized with the assistance of the Embassy of Ukraine in Viet Nam.

During the visit the meetings were held with the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Viet Nam, representatives of "VIETRANS"and  "VOSA" companies and  Ukrainian-Vietnamese Joint Venture "Lotus".

The delegation also traveled to Ho Chi Minh city and had meetings with the representatives of the local business and visited the seaport "Lotus" managed by JV “Lotus”.

In the course of negotiations with Vietnamese entrepreneurs an agreement was reached on restoring the control over the Ukrainian share in JV “Lotus”.
