On April 23-28, 2018 the delegation of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraien, representatives of "Ukraine-Viet Nam" friendship group chaired by Mrs. Oksana Yurynets visited Viet Nam, namely the cities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.

The meetings were held with the representatives of friendship group "Viet Nam-Ukraine" of the National Assembly of Viet Nam, Vice-Chairman of the National Assembly Mr. Do Ba Ty and the Chairwoman of the People's Council of the city of Ho Chi Minh Mrs. Nguyen Thi Quyet Tam.

The topics of the discussions included the development of cooperation between the Parliaments of Ukraine and Viet Nam, more active interaction between parliamentary friendship groups and the strengthening of Ukrainian-Vietnamese relations in all areas.
