On April 25-26, 2018 the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Viktor Dovgan paid a working visit to the city of Ho Chi Minh.

The negotiations were held with the leaders of Ho Chi Minh People's Committee and Ukrainian-Vietnamese JV "Lotus".

The parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation and the participation of Ukrainian enterprises in the HCMC infrastructure building.
