Ukraine and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam will set up in Vietnam the industrial production of organic fertilizers for agriculture of Vietnam on the basis of technologies developed by the Institute of Technical Thermophysics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Ukrainian technologies will provide for a non-waste peat processing for organic fertilizers and fossil fuel. The energy generation from fossil fuel is several times cheaper than from the natural gas.

On October 18, 2018, in Hanoi the agreement on the transfer of technologies in processing peat for fertilizers and fuel was signed between the Institute of Technical Thermophysics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Institute of Technology of the GFS of Vietnam.
